We had so much fun in downtown Tucson for Travis' senior photo session...what an amazing person he is - so kind and polite and interesting, and with so many talents as well - I'm excited for all of the cool opportunities he has in his near future! Whew! What a wonderful spring we are having...today is graduation from the University of Arizona and our high school seniors are graduating in the next couple of weeks - we just wanted to say congrats to everyone! ...little baby K! Isn't he just beautiful? Just 5 days old, he was such a good boy for the session and we finally got him to sleep in the perfect position, in one of my favorite props to use with newborns - a bowl! I love bowls. Seriously...I have quite the collection going these days...just ask Dave or Owe, they will gladly tell you exactly how many bowls I have. Heehee. Well, I hope mom and dad are getting lots of sleep these days! Enjoy this sneak peek!
Here's a shot Dave captured of me taking some HD video footage with the 5D Mark II - newborns just make me smile, I really love shooting sessions with them and their parents. It's like everything in the world just stops and stands still when you watch a newborn sleeping. Dave and I were honored to photograph Kim & Kent's wedding back in 2005 at the beautiful Stillwell House in downtown Tucson, and now we are lucky enough to be able to capture their maternity photos as they are expecting their first child this March. We just love to be able to capture and share with our amazing clients these unforgettable life events.
